Ingredients: Corn 55%, Water 38%, Cactus (7%) Citric Acid (E-330), Sodium propionate E-281 and Potassium Sorbate (E-202).
Ideal size for tacos, tostadas and quesadillas, Cactus adds more fiber to your diet.
Heat them up slowly at low heat in a pan for tacos, baked them in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes for crispy tostadas or healthy nacho chips.
Corn tortilla is made through the process of Nixtamalizacion, (a traditional Mexican method to elaborate tortillas which consists in keeping the corn in hot water having calcium hydroxide to remove the peel, and after this, the corn is finely ground with water and with the resulting dough are made, flat discs are made to be cooked on comales; ceramic or metal round sheets).
